We at Blue Swimmer Adventure decided to pursue low-impact eco-tourism to try and do our bit to keep the island’s very special purity as long as possible by offering more green outdoor activities for nature lovers from around the world.
 

Our terms and conditions

GENERAL INFORMATION
Bookings can be made to our office by email: [email protected], or [email protected] and shall be confirmed within 03 working days.
 
PAYMENT METHOD
Full settlement should be received no later than 25 working days prior to passenger’s arrival. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer, Online secure payment via major credit cards (Visa or Master card only. It's subject to pay 4.2% bank fee by you)

DEPOSIT
All booking need advance deposit of $ 100 per person is required to begin the booking process or to hold any tentative reservation on a confirmed basis  and this will normally informed by our travel consultants. Once trip deposit is done, an email will confirm the final service within 7 working day, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be regarded as cancelled.
 
FINAL PAYMENT
Once the trip is confirmed, an invoice will be sent stating the final payment due date. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that Blue Swimmer Adventures receive the payment by the due date, failure of which may render the forfeiture of the deposit.
 
CANCELLATION CHARGES AND REFUND
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges: Deposit is non refundable
More than 30 days prior to trip departure. No charge.
25-30 days before arrival: 10% charge
15-25 days before arrival: 40% charge
07-14 days before arrival: 75% charge
Less than 07 days before arrival: 100% of tour costs

Remark:
- After the tour has started, no refund will be made for any services unutilized.
- Cancelation service fee will be applied which cost 15usd/person and 5usd/person for bank fee ( if by Credits, bank transfer).
- All refund will be expedited but may take 3 to 6 months to process according to some airlines and overseas administrative procedures.
 
COMPLAINTS
We will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boats, hotels in the event of any complaint.
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and other coverage, should be confirmed upon your trip departure.
 
TOUR PRICE
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion is listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
 
PASSPORT AND VISA
It is the responsibility of the participant to make sure that he/she has the relevant travel documents – valid passport, visas, work permits, health certificate, travel insurance and etc.
 
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITIES
Blue Swimmer Adventure holds the right to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. Blue Swimmer Adventure is to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond the company’s control.

Blue Swimmer Adventure reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in anyway for the interests of tour members or due to any other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or other local conditions. In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as weather, transport strike, political unrest and war), the clients shall bear any cost incurred during the processing of the tour.

Blue Swimmer Adventure and its associated agents assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or properties. Clients are to understand all inherent risks of overseas travel, trekking and touring.  Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Travelers on trip with Blue Swimmer Adventure are required to have full travel insurance covered. Blue Swimmer Adventure recommends insurance includes trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Blue Swimmer Adventures will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
